January 30, 2021, Meeting Minutes
Moderator Bob Searl called the meeting to order and offered a prayer. Members met via Zoom.
Coordinator Search Committee Chair, Don Gilmore, told the council about their selection of Kyle Tubbs as CBF OK Coordinator. Kyle joined us for a while and told a little about himself. Kyle’s strengths include being a team player, problem solver, self-starter, willing to ask questions and explore options. He believes in collaborative leadership. After Kyle left the Zoom meeting, on behalf of the search committee, Don recommended to call Kyle Tubbs as CBF OK Coordinator. After discussion, the council voted to call Kyle Tubbs.
Roof and building repair bids are being looked at and will be brought to the officers. Recommendations for new Coordinating Council members are needed to replace those rotating off.
Those in attendance via Zoom were Bob Searl, Steve Graham, Cheryl Tarter, Donnie Williams standing in for Jodi, Carrie Nault, Don Gilmore, Joe Weaver, Larry Stevens, Kathy Hoppe, Deniese Dillon, Jakob Topper, Cornelius Wade, Darryl DeBorde, Pamela Duncan, Rick Anthony, Lisa Raiber, Wil Brown, Karlee Marshall, and Phil Moss.
The next meeting for the Coordinating Council will be February 27, 2021.

April 22, 2021 Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order by Bob Searl at 6:30 pm and welcomed everyone.
Members Present: Steve Graham, Darryl Deborde, David Lee, Kristin McAtee, Wil Brown, Cheryl Tarter, Don Gilmore, Bob Searl, Carrie Nault, Joe Bob Weaver, Rick Anthony, Phil Moss,Tiffany Noble, Kathy Hoppe, Pamela Lee, Lisa Raiber, Waylan Upchego, Larry Stevens, Jennifer Graham, Becky Jackson, Bobbye Stevens, Debby Yarbrough, Deniese Dillon, Jerry Dillon, William Owen, Brandon Tillman, Kyle Tubbs, Marv Knox, Paul Baxley, Andrea Anthony, Donnie Williams, Jodi Williams, Brian McAtee
Minutes from February 27, 2021 reviewed. Motion to approve minutes as drafted by David Lee, second by Joe Bob Weaver. All in favor, none opposed. Minutes approved
Phil Moss discussed financial report sent to everyone during the meeting via ZOOM. Although income was down, expenses were less than expenditures by approximately $17,000. William Owen moved to approve financial report, Don Gilmore seconds. All in favor, none opposed. Report approved.
Phil Moss also discussed the upcoming budget proposal and changes from this fiscal year to the next, particularly in the area of travel expenses for the new Coordinator, Kyle Tubbs. Motion to approve new fiscal year budget made by Bill Owen, second by Lisa Raiber. All in favor, none opposed. Budget approved.
New member and officer list briefly addressed by Bob Searl. Many members agreed to stay on for another term. Motion to approve officers and new members by Phil Moss, second by Rick Anthony. All in favor, none opposed. Member and officer list approved.
Business portion of the meeting ended to segue into the Spring Gathering. Motion to adjourn made by Larry Stevens, second by David Lee. All in favor, none opposed. Meeting adjourned.
